Functions and characteristics
1. Design speed: 150-180 m/min, width 1400 mm-2200 mm.
2.The structure of heating plate is 600mm. The number of heating plates can be allocated to 8-14 pieces according to the speed of production line, and the gas supply can be divided into sections and intersections.
3.The surface of hot section plate can be grinded and plated with hard chromium, which meets the national standard of Class II pressure vessel.
4. Hot section adopts pressure roll structure or hot pressing structure. According to the number of layers of cardboard produced, the pressure can be adjusted by pneumatic section.
5. The cotton belt adopts cylinder tensioning device and electrically operated or automatic conveyor belt deviation rectifying device.
6. The drive part adopts oil-immersed gearbox, which can be driven by electromagnetically variable speed motor or variable frequency motor.
7. Wear-resistant rubber on the surface of the main driving roll, with a waist drum surface, to prevent the conveyor belt from deviating.
